Let me reveal some of the remarkable locations around Asheboro, NC and the surrounding area that have been the setting for some of my captivating portrait sessions:

• Birkhead Wilderness Area: A rustic haven that whispers of bygone eras. Here, an old 1800's farmhouse stands proud amidst open fields, covered nature trails, and timeless barns, each element adding a touch of vintage magic.
• Downtown Thomasville: An urban treasure trove that weaves modernity with nostalgia. Within its streets, you'll find a majestic chair, a beautiful white gazebo, a red train car, a  clock tower surrounded by a fountain, and an endearing alleyway giving a unique look for photographs. 
• Greensboro Arboretum: A haven of botanical charm, adorned with arbors draped in vines, splendid trees and blossoms, a medley of bridges, a picturesque gazebo, and a gentle creek, all contributing to a sense of serene wonder.
• Archdale Creekside Park: A great park  with open fields, paved pathways, a captivating rock retaining wall, inviting bridges, and a meandering creek that lends a soothing serenade to the surroundings.
• Pisgah Covered Bridge: A glimpse into history and the natural world. This location boasts a charming nature trail, rocky formations perfect for climbing, a couple of bridges, and the iconic covered bridge adorned with graffiti, adding a contemporary edge.

The historic charm is palpable with the presence of an old, farm house, barns, and a quaint white fence that exudes rustic elegance. The ambience is enriched by the company of friendly animals that complete the pastoral scene, making this location a true oasis of natural beauty.
• Tanglewood Arboretum, Clemmons: A sanctuary of flowers and trees offer a natural beauty to your photos. Tanglewood Arboretum beckons with its graceful arbors adorned in flowering vines, creating a magical interplay of light and shadow. • Midtown Park, Charlotte: A harmonious blend of nature and urban sophistication. Here, a beautiful arbor with a rock archway adds a touch of elegance, framing the scene with beauty. A white fence stands as a symbolic barrier between the serene surroundings and the bustling cityscape that lies beyond. A rock bridge lends an air of mystery, while the wide open green space offers room for dreams to unfold. It's a setting where natural beauty meets the vibrant pulse of the city.
• Tanger Family Bicentennial Garden, Greensboro: A place of beauty and botanical splendor. The beautiful wedding area sets the tone for a myriad of love stories. Flower gardens paint a living canvas with an array of colors and fragrances. A beautiful staircase for perfect posing, while a charming mill captures a bygone era. The beautiful rock bridge adds a poetic touch to this enchanting haven, offering a space where love and nature intertwine. ($50 Photography Fee)
• Bog Garden, Greensboro: A world of contrasts and tranquility. This location presents an array of wooden bridges that traverse a delicate swampy area, where trees stand sentinel and a gentle creek meanders. A rock retaining wall exudes strength, while benches offer spots for contemplation. Connected to the Tangier Family Bicentennial Garden, the two gardens together provide a mosaic of natural beauty that's worth capturing. ($50 Photography Fee)
• Pinetop Greenhouse: An enchanting greenhouse in the heart of Greensboro, NC, provides a charming location bathed in indoor and outdoor natural light, adorned to reflect the beauty of each season. Rock pathways wind around the building with beautiful over hanging trees, leading to a fire pit, perfect for capturing timeless moments.
• The Kit House Studio: A charming studio nestled in downtown Asheboro. The location is bathed in soft, natural light from 10 am to 3 pm. It is customizable for your photo sessions, and during holidays, it offers a delightful backdrop to enhance the festive spirit. ($65 Photography Fee)
• The Farm on Groomstown Rd:. A charming farm with a beautiful white barn, open pastures, longhorn cows and more.  This location is beautiful at sunset. ($35 Photography fee)

These locations offer a glimpse into the wonders I’ve captured before, but don't let these choices be your only options. . As we embark on this creative journey together, I'm open to new location ideas that resonate with your vision.

As for logistical considerations, please note that if a location has an entry fee or photography fee, it will be your responsibility as the client to pay for those fees. Similarly, for locations over 40 miles away for 1 hr session,, a mileage fee based on the current federal rate of $.67 per mile will apply. For 30 minute session, any location over 25 miles away unless I have another session booked for the same day at the same location, a mileage fee based on the current federal rate of $.67 a mile will be added.  The mileage mileage fee and location fee will be added to your invoice at the time of payment. If you are unsure of the location you want to use at booking, a separate invoice will be sent to you based on your choice.
